Cake best kept in the fridge and will last up to 3 days after the collection date and once sliced is best stored in an airtight container.

When carrying the cake, take the weight from the bottom being careful not to push the sides inwards. Transport the cake in the footwell or boot of the car. 

Make sure to keep the cake cool and on a flat surface at all times.
